Web Experience Example: Attendee Portal

After registration, the user is directed to their portal and enters their information. The portal is customers depending upon the user type. They are able to return and update/ change details before the event.

Access to the portal was done via visitors going to the portal page, entering their email and the website would send them a secure login URL (valid for a day). This avoided having to manage password/ lost password issues.

Manufacturer’s Portal

User enters/selects:

  • Personal information.
  • Attendee information including preferences.
  • Personalized agenda.
  • Shipping information.
  • Access to hotel booking portal.
  • Other attending Manufacturers they which not to be situated with.
  • Priority meeting preferences for attending specifiers.

Specifier’s Portal

User enters/selects:

  • Personal information.
  • Attendee information including preferences.
  • Personalized agenda.
  • Hotel booking information.
  • Priority meeting preferences for attending manufacturers.

Guest’s Portal

User enters/selects:

  • Personal information.
  • Attendee information including preferences.
  • Personalized agenda.
  • Access to hotel booking portal.
